Your journey with FER begins with a simple €20 registration fee. After payment, you’ll receive access to our online application form, where you can upload your CV and personal details securely.

Once your registration is complete, our team reviews your profile and matches it with trusted Hungarian recruitment partners. This step confirms your eligibility and starts your path toward safe, fair, and legal employment in Hungary.

Once your registration is accepted, FER requires a €200 deposit to confirm your commitment.
This step ensures that the process remains transparent and fair for both you and our partner agencies.
The deposit also serves as protection — it shows you’re serious about continuing your career in Hungary, and it allows us to prioritize your application.

The deposit will be refunded if:
✓ We find you a job within the agreed period (minimum 3 months)
✓ We cannot find you a job within the agreed period (minimum 3 months)

The deposit will not be refunded if:
✗ You cancel the job search before the agreed period ends
✗ You reject all suitable job offers within the period
✗ You find a job on your own without informing FER
✗ You disappear or stop responding during the process

To use FER’s job placement service, every applicant must meet a few simple but important conditions.
These rules ensure that the process remains legal, transparent, and fair — for both workers and employers.
They also help us maintain cooperation and trust throughout the job search period, ensuring every applicant receives equal and honest support.

You are eligible if:
✓ You hold a valid Hungarian residence permit for at least 3 more months
✓ You provide accurate and truthful information during registration
✓ You agree to a minimum job search period of 3 months (extendable if needed)

You are not eligible if:
✗ Your residence permit has expired or is under renewal
✗ You refuse to cooperate or fail to provide the required documents
✗ You withdraw before the minimum search period ends
